Be you

I see you…
…the real you – trying to get out. The one squashed down by years of trying to live up to other people’s expectations, held back by your own fears and insecurities, weighed down by responsibility.

It’s time my lovely…

…time to step out in to the world and reclaim yourself for who you really are.

Do you feel as though you’ve lost your way?

Lost yourself, even? You’ve spent years trying to be the person that you thought other people wanted you to be and you don’t know who you really are anymore. You’re stuck in a rut, buried beneath the ‘doctor’ label, unsure of which way to turn. Your sparkle – the thing that made you *you* – has grown so dim that you struggle to even know what you enjoy doing these days.

You’re bored, lonely and feel taken for granted. You just know that there is more to life than this – that there’s more to you than this!

It’s time. Time to step out of the shadow of others’ expectations. Time to stand tall, to reclaim and own your power. Time to uncover your dreams and live them – every day of your life!

It’s time, my lovely. It’s YOUR time.

Are you ready to sparkle?

If you’re ready to take the first steps on your journey to creating the life you dream of and would like to find out how I can help you

This is My Story

Dr Sally Graddon is an ex-unhappy doctor turned joyful Empowerment and Self-Discovery Coach! After spending most of her life working towards achieving her goals she had a profound realisation that it wasn’t the life she wanted to lead. She walked away from medicine and embarked on a long journey of self-discovery and healing, reclaiming her power (something she had been giving away to others for far too long) in the process.

She now spends her time helping professionals who feel trapped and unsure of the path they are taking to reclaim their lives, banish guilt, and discover and live their dreams!

And it makes her very happy 🙂

Sally lives in beautiful North Devon in the UK, with her husband, three children and two bonkers dogs!
